The only problem is the ammo for that is hard to find and very expensive
I have a 1896 sporticised I'm hitting ok at 200 with the peep sights, 30 40 krag
Just by coincidence i found some years ago an 8x57 rimmed at home. Judging from the engraving its 84 years old, wonder if it would fire?
Cheapest you can find them now is 1100, cmp is practically sold out of them
The Rangers and other commando-type units used the 1903 in WWII.
"It was used by the French military," ie never fired and only dropped once 🤣
Вроде ,запрещен Женевской Конвенцией?
My longer R92 super smooth and accurate, my short carbine tactical R92 worked well with a red dot, bit you would to replace a taller front sight to get the peep to work, shot to high out of the box.
The eighteenth century Americans were more advanced than I thought….that woman has a mobile phone….😀
Well yes, Zionist change their names to sound native to Palestine.
I still want a Galil
I got that one from Classic Firearms, seems to be a great shooting rifle!
I've asked many questions of the WW2 vet's i grew up with and they all told me if yer not careful and don't have the bolt secured all the way closed it would blow out and take yer head off,,,next the firing pins are crap, they would snap due to bad heat treatment. What else,,, barrels were shot out of round and corrode from hairline cracks due to half-ass manufacturing,,, nice wall hangers but wouldn't pay more than a sawbill for'em😂😂😂
lol yea there’s more myths floating around out there, I’ve actually not heard those ones before
Tôi là lính địa phương ở vietnam và được trang bị m16 do mỹ bỏ lại, sử dụng tốt
Is that ok no string at the cartridge?
I remember I bought my Mosin Nagant with my first paycheck back about 15 years ago for $118. Now I look at the prices people want on gunbroker and laugh 😂
I really want an m-1917.. dam. I really dont need to drop an extra grand on one though .
Yep… that’s the predicament
C&arsenal
Just for that you got a new subscriber plus the authentic history on the rifle 💯😳😳😳❤️
Thanks 🍻 😁
@@BattlefieldCurator totally dude 😎
It still amazes me that for what 1890’s manufacturing capabilities were and were not, that they produced hands down the smoothest bolt action rifle of all time.
Needed on the border
I collect them, 5 12's, 3 20s and 2 16s, they all shoot great.
soldier👂: oh please nooooo 😂😂😂
How is anyone going to know how many bolt actions I buy?
I bought all of them. Gonna flip them on gunbroker lol
@richardcush9161 hope you get banned from further purchases
If you buy from the CMP they will have a record of your purchases and will keep track
@TSimo113 crazy that people do this, I see it as buying a piece of history. I bought a m1 garand and a 1911 and soon a m1903. I would never sell these.
I recently inherited one and wanted to give it a deep cleaning prior to taking it to the range. Unfortunately, I can’t find any info about how to remove the barrel from the stock. I thought if I removed the screw from the bottom of the stock, it would automatically release. This is not the case. I’m having trouble. Could you post a video showing how you disassemble the WZ48? Thank you
these are from the collection of Gun Powder Acres on youtube. I've notified him and he might be making a video soon. see the description of this video to find his channel
Pretty crazy that they ended up using a coach guns for stage coaches. What a coincidence with the name and all
There's not
I can get 6 of their 3 Enfields? Sounds great!
Not a myth, an actual situation as documented in a 1959 issue of the American Rifleman. A 6.5mm had chamber only reamed to accept a .30-'06 cartridge. The owner, stating the rifle 'shot real hard', sent it to the NRA, that examined rifle and determined what occurred. Upon expert evaluation by HP White Laboratories, the rifle showed no structural damage, from a full powered .30 caliber bullet shot through a 6.5mm bore (from .308" squeezed to .264"). Imaging the excessive pressure that firearm experienced. Several explanation why only chamber reamed. Movie prop houses would sometimes adapt a gun to a common blank by only reaming chamber. Another explanation was that Japanese ammo hard find and 7.7mm cambers reamed out by surplus dealers as well a some gunsmiths with a 6.5 inadvertently reamed. (BTW the 7.7mm measures .311" [ like .303 British] and .30-'06 measures .308" so accuracy of these was atrocious also explain another myth 'Jap rifles inaacurate.)
THE LEGEND 👌
😁🔥🔥🔥
All of these youtube morons i see using grease on a firearm. Heres how this works. Oil lubricates steel. Grease lubricates steel. Oiled steel has less friction than greased steel. In a machine with enclosed bearings, oil lubricates the bearings. In a machinr with exposed bearings, grease lubricates bearings. Because it needs to remain sealed. Grease is also used in high temperature applications. Grease should never be used on a firearm. Every intelligent shooter understands this.
Yup, she empty.
I don't see a way to differentiate between an 03 or an 03a3 when mail ordering Is there a way
As far as I know, they would specify if it was an 03A3 vs a regular 03. I haven’t heard of any 03A3s at their locations according to the CMP South forums. I assume they don’t have 03A3s in stock.
@@BattlefieldCurator The website just says 03 or 03a3 when you look at it, but no way to specify when ordering
Yes we know..Russians stole Stg44..Finland stole AK-47 design and Isaraelis stole RK-62 design...So russians wins again.
Not sweet, it's empty
No tea for you !
I'd say use iron sight. Not hip-fire.
This reminds me the beautiful relation between Lego and Mega Blocks
Beretta acc is bit lower than glocks and the handling on Glock is comfortable, and beretta has more to offer when it comes to handling in certain situations than Glock

That shirt you're wearing, want one, but didn't see it on the web store. It's pretty hard to find any shirt in gray these days. Hats and caps and slouch hats in gray would be nice. Nice video. Thanks. I follow you on FB.
In here you dont.
The M16A1 really hits everyone in all the right places
Thats not the reason Tokarev was unsafe. Tokarev had no safe way to be carried with a round inside. This caused accidental discharges often. Come on man, do some research.
Hahahaa brits are dvmb
